3. Petitioner has challenged order dated 20.10.2020, passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Almora in Civil Execution No. 01/2015.
4. Perusal of impugned order reveals that judgment debtor handed over possession of the land in dispute to the decree holder during execution proceedings and execution proceedings were closed based on compromise between the parties.
5. Since the impugned order was passed with consent of the parties, including the petitioner, therefore, there is no scope for interference in the matter.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
