JUDGMENT : (per Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.)
1. The present intra-court appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 13.09.2024 passed in CLCON/81/2020, whereby the contempt proceedings have been closed holding that the order of the writ court stands duly complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants tried to show that the order of the writ court has yet not been complied with by the respondents in entirety.

3. If that is so, we leave it open to the appellants to move appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for recall/ review of the order.
4. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
5. All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
