2. According to petitioner, she has filed suit for divorce, which is pending before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kotdwar, Pauri Garhwal and is numbered as Original Suit No. 20 of 2025. Petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit.
3. Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in February 2025, writ petition is disposed of with a request to court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit at an early date.
4. Unnecessary adjournments shall be avoided.
