--Respondent

Hon'ble Rakesh Thapliyal, J.

1. Mr. Avidit Noliyal, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, learned A.G.A for the State.

3. Present applicant Sunny, S/o Mahipal is praying for bail in reference to FIR dated 31.01.2026 bearing FIR No. 0015 of 2026, P.S. Pulbhatta District U.S. Nagar wherein he is implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 39, 44, 48, 48A, 49, 49B, 51 and 52 of Wildlife Protection Act.
