2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to correct the entries in revenue record.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that entries in revenue record cannot be corrected as prayed by petitioner, as the land in question is less than 2 kilometres from the periphery of reserve forest.
4. Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, Advocate on behalf of Mr. D.S. Patni, Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that writ petition has now become infructuous.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
