1. Mr. Akshay Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:-
(I) Issue an appropriate order or direction to the learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee, District Haridwar, Uttarakhand, to expedite the hearing and disposal of Original Suit No. 221 of 2022, titled “Kalyan Singh & Another Vs. Kishore Kumar”, pending before the learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee, District Haridwar, Uttarakhand and conclude the same preferably within a time-bound period, and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either party.
3. Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in 2022, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit at an early date. It is made clear that unnecessary adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
