1. Ms. Devanshi Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:-
(a) A writ, order or direction in the nature Mandamus directing a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the 2nd Additional District and session Judge, Dehradun to decide the civil appeal no. 89 of 2023 in O.S. No. 515 of 2008, pending in the court of 2nd Additional Session Judge, Dehradun within a period of one month.
3. Having regard to the fact that the appeal was filed in 2023, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the appeal at an early date. It is made clear that unnecessary adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
