2. According to petitioner, learned Trial Court has not considered Temporary Injunction Application filed by petitioner in Original Suit No. 88 of 2025.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that sole defendant in that suit has filed his written statement as well as objection to Temporary Injunction Application.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to learned Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the Temporary Injunction Application on any date, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, provided what learned counsel for petitioner has stated, is correct.
