Mr. Shubhang Dobhal and Mr. Himanshu Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner.
2. Petitioner alleges the willful and deliberate non-compliance of order dated 24.04.2026 passed by writ court in WPSS No.1077 of 2026 Urmila Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, whereby, Secretary, Panchayati Raj, was directed to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner, as per law, within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of that order.
3. From perusal of the entire record, it is not reflected that as to when the certify copy of writ court’s order dated 24.04.2026 was served upon respondents-contemnors.
4. In this view of the matter, at this juncture, no contempt is made out.
5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to

2026:UHC:7268 file a fresh after serving the copy of order passed by writ court to Secretary, Panchayati Raj.
6. Permission is granted.
7. Accordingly, contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
