Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for petitioners.
2. Petitioners allege the willful and deliberate disobidience of order dated 29.01.2026 passed by writ court in WPSS No.148 of 2026 Ajay Joshi and Others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, whereby, interim order was passed providing the respondents not to fill 08 posts of Pharmacists and allowing the petitioners to continue on the posts held by them.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners himself admitted that the petitioners have not been disturbed, however, he strenuously argued that the posts were filled up.
4. Since, the writ petition is still pending, petitioners may address their grievances before writ court.
5. In the opinion of this Court, since petitioners have not been disturbed by respondents-contemnors, no contempt is made out.
6. Accordingly, contempt petition is dismissed.
