3. According to petitioner, she filed departmental appeal against punishment of dismissal from service imposed upon her, but, no decision has been taken on that appeal. The date of filing of appeal is mentioned as 15.07.2025.
4. Since more than a year has elapsed after filing of the appeal, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority i.e. respondent no. 2 to decide the appeal, positively within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
