2. According to petitioner, he moved an application under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act before Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun in January 2024, which is yet to be decided.
3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite disposal of that application.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the application, as early as possible.
