2. Learned State Counsel submits that, upon completion of the investigation, a final report has been submitted in the present matter.
3. In view of the aforesaid fact, and since the final report has already been submitted, nothing survives for consideration in the present Anticipatory Bail Application.
4. Accordingly, the present Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
