2. Mr. Chitrarth Kanpal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. On the last occasion, when the matter was taken up, it was noticed that the counsel for the applicant is no more. An administrative notice was thus issued to the applicants. The said administrative notice has been returned unserved with the report that the applicants are not residing at the given address.
4. It thus appears that the applicants are not desirous of continuing the present matter.
5. In such a situation, the Court has no other option except to dismiss the present Criminal Misc. Application for non-prosecution.
6. It is dismissed accordingly.
