2. Mr. Siddharth Jain, Advocate for respondents.
3. According to petitioner, she has made representation to the competent authority in Punjab National Bank regarding executing a lease agreement.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Punjab National Bank has occupied more area than what was proposed to be leased out.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the bank submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then she can make representation to the competent authority.
6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to Circle Head, Punjab National Bank, Haldwani. If she makes such representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, after passing a reasoned order, within three weeks thereafter.
