2. Mr. Siddharth Jain, learned counsel for respondents-contemnors.
3. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the order passed by writ court dated 20.12.2023 passed in WPSS No.1153 of 2021 Sunny Kumar Vs. Regional Manager, Bank of Baroda and Others, has now been complied with, on 10.09.2024, and therefore, the contempt petition has rendered infructuous.
4. Since, the order passed by writ court has been complied with, way back in the year 2024, therefore, nothing remains in the contempt petition.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
