2. The defect indicated by the Registry is overruled, as petitioner has not challenged the order, certified copy whereof is required.
3. Petitioner has filed an Election Petition, which is numbered as Election Petition No. 12 of 2025, which is pending before the First Additional District Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar since 25.02.2025.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with request to Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the Election Petition within six months from the date, service is effected upon the returned candidate.
