1. Ms. Indu Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Petitioner has filed a suit for divorce, which is pending before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kashipur, District Haridwar. Petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the suit.
3. Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in 2023, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit, as early as possible. It is made clear that unnecessary adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
