2. Mr. M.S. Tyagi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing for a while seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available to petitioner.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
4. It is made clear that observation made by Revisional Court will not come in the way of the authority while deciding the dispute.
