3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that during the pendency of the present anticipatory bail application, the proceedings in question have been quashed by the learned Trial Court; consequently, the present anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous.
4. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
5. In view of the aforesaid development, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
