2. Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, Advocate for respondent nos. 2, 3 & 4.
3. Petitioner has filed election petition challenging election of respondent no. 1 as Pradhan.
4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the election petition.
5. Since the election petition was filed only in September, 2025, therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any timeline for deciding the same.
6. However, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned to make endeavour to decide the election petition at an early date. Unnecessary adjournments to the parties should be avoided.
