WPMS/3452/2018 Abhishek Kumar --Petitioner Versus State of Uttarakhand Through Secretary Revenue Department Dehradun and others --Respondents Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. Mr. M.K. Ray, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Mahavir Kohli, Brief Holder for the State.

2. Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his application for OBC Certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner’s case is covered by Government Order dated 02.04.2013, therefore, he may be permitted to make afresh application for caste certificate.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh for caste certificate. If he makes fresh application, the same shall be dealt with, as per law, independently, uninfluenced by earlier rejection of his request.
