1. Mr. Ravi Bisht, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Petitioner has challenged order dated 02.08.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Original Suit No. 190 of 2024.
3. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. The certified copy of the documents enclosed with this writ petition shall be returned to petitioner’s counsel, on his supplying photocopy thereof, which shall be placed on record.
