1. Mr. Tejas Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. R.S. Kunwar, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. According to petitioner, she has filed an application seeking maintenance under Section 144 of BNSS, which is pending before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal since 2024. Petitioner has sought a direction to expedite hearing of that application.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to court concerned to hear and decide Misc. Criminal Case No. 89 of 2025, as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
