2. Mr. Rakesh Joshi, learned A.G.A. along with Mr. Manoj Bhatt, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that during the pendency of the present anticipatory bail application, the applicant has been arrested, therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous.
4. Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
