Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire proceedings arising out of the F.I.R., which is the subject matter of the present anticipatory bail application, have been quashed on the basis of a compromise entered into between the parties, therefore, the present bail application has rendered infructuous.
5. Learned counsel for complainant does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
6. In view of the subsequent development, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
