Mr. M.C. Pant and Ms. Anupriya Kukreti, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned DAG for the State/respondent nos. 1 and 2.
3. After hearing the parties for quite some time, it appears that there is some clerical mistake in the writ petition, which required to be corrected.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of filing an amendment application, he wants the writ petition to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
5. The permission is granted.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
