2. Respondent has challenged an award given by Arbitrator in favour of petitioners by filing an application under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
3. Petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said application.
4. Having regard to the fact that the application was filed by respondent in the year 2019, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to decide the Arbitration Case No. 74 of 2019, as early as possible.
