ORDER:
1. Shri T.A. Khan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is not pressing the writ petition. An application with the said prayer (Withdrawal Application No.IA/3/2026) has also been filed.
2. The application for withdrawal of the writ petition is allowed.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
