1. Mr. Himanshu Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3.
3. According to petitioner, she filed election petition before learned District Judge, Chamoli, which is numbered as Election Petition No. 8 of 2025. Petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite disposal of the same.
4. Having regard to huge pendency of cases before the District Court concerned, this Court is not inclined to fix any timeline for deciding the election petition. However, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to make endeavour to decide the election petition at an early date.
