2. Petitioner has filed a suit for divorce only in December, 2025, which is pending before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Kashipur.
3. Petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit.
4. Since the suit was filed only about eight months ago, therefore, no direction can be issued to the court concerned to expedite the suit.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
