1. Mr. Siddhartha Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. N.K. Papnoi, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. According to petitioner, he has moved an application for demarcation under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, 1901. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar to expedite disposal of that application.
4. Having regard to the fact that application was filed in July 2023, as reported by petitioner’s counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned to make endeavour to decide the application within six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
