2. According to petitioner, Civil Suit No. 103 of 2024, filed by her, is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Nainital since 2024.
3. Petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit.
4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit at an early date.
