2. The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed directly before this Court without first approaching the concerned Sessions Court.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court by filing an appropriate anticipatory bail application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the present Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court for seeking appropriate relief in accordance with law.
