Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. S.S. Chaudhary, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
3. On instructions vide court’s order dated 04.08.2026, the State Counsel was directed to get instructions in the matter.
4. Today, the learned State Counsel produces the instructions dated 08.08.2026, which is taken on record.
5. On the strength of instructions, it is contended by learned State Counsel that the petitioner, who was placed on waiting, has now been posted as Tax and Revenue Superintendent in Nagar Nigam Haldwani, vide order dated 08.08.2026 passed by Deputy Secretary Urban Development Department.
6. The learned counsel for petitioner

2026:UHC:7025 submits that he would like to challenge the said order along with the other orders, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
7. The permission is granted.
8. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh writ petition.
