1. Heard Ms. Divya Jain, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Anil Anthwal, learned counsel for the respondent on the Correction Application (MCC No.2/2026).
2. Correction application has been filed by the applicant to correct the order dated 07.08.2026, in which the name of applicant has been wrongly transcribed as ‘Smt. Akanksha Rani’ whereas the name of applicant is Smt. ‘Akanksha Pal’.
3. I have perused the order dated 07.08.2026. It appears that there is an error in recording the name of ‘Smt. Akanksha Pal’ as ‘Smt. Akanksha Rani’.
4. Correction Application (MCC No.2/2026) is allowed.
5. In the order dated 07.08.2026, let the name be read as ‘Smt. Akanksha Pal’ in place of ‘Smt. Akansha Rani’.
