Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. Mr. Sameer Rawat, Advocate for the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, he has filed suit for eviction and mesne profit against the defendant (respondent herein), which is pending before learned Judge, Small Causes Court/Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee and is numbered as SCC Suit No. 3 of 2024.
3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the suit.
4. Having regard to huge pendency of cases before Civil Court at Roorkee, this Court is not inclined to fix any timeline; however, writ petition is disposed of with request to Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit at an early date, preferably within a period of one year from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
