Jai Bisht --Applicant Versus State Of Uttarakhand --Respondent

Hon’ble Alok Mahra, J.

Mr. Vipul Sharma, Advocate for the applicant.

Mr. Pramod Tewari and Mr. Dinesh Chauhan, A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in view of the protection already granted to the applicant against arrest, the applicant does not want to press the present anticipatory bail application at this stage. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to avail such remedy as may be available in law, if occasion so arises.

3. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

(Alok Mahra, J.)
