1. Mr. Shiv Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionists.
2. Learned counsel for the revisionists submits that present Revision has been filed against the order passed by learned Civil Judge (S/D), Dehradun, whereby the application number 41C(2)filed by the revisionist under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been rejected.
3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that vide order dated 19.01.2026, the suit itself has been dismissed on the ground of jurisdiction. He has placed on record the order dated 19.01.2026. Hence, he prays that the present revision be dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In view of the above, the present Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
