2. Mr. Gaurav Panwar, learned counsel holding brief of Mrs. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Withdrawal Application (IA No. 4 of 2026) has been filed on the premise that in pursuance to the order dated 04.06.2026, passed in Criminal Revision No. 346 of 2026, a settlement has been entered into between the respondent and the son of the applicant nos. 1 & 2 and the applicants wish to withdraw the present Criminal Misc. Application as the dispute has been settled
4. In view of the aforesaid, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the Criminal Misc. Application.
