Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On the last occasion, the State sought time to obtain instructions in the present matter.
3. Today, on the basis of the instructions received, learned State Counsel submits that upon completion of the investigation, a closure report has been submitted before the competent Court on 23.06.2026.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition against the closure report before the competent Court in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition, and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
