4. Today, learned State Counsel, on instructions, would submit that chargesheet has been filed in the matter against the petitioner and other co-accused before the competent court and nothing survives in the matter. As such, the matter has become infructuous.
5. Since, chargesheet has been filed and the matter has become infructuous, the present writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
