Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Shakti Saurabh Purohit, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Sandeep Kothari, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. M.C. Pant, Advocate and Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, Advocate for the respondents. Present contempt petition has been filed in violation of interim order dated 03.12.2015, passed in WPSS No. 2391 of 2015, Smt. Poonam Verma Vs. Cantonment Board, Dehradun and others. Now learned counsel for the petitioner submits that contempt petition has been rendered infructuous because this Court has already decided WPSS No. 2391 of 2015 on 09.07.2026 and interim order has already been merged in the final order. In view of the above statement, nothing survives in this petition. It stands disposed of accordingly.
