2. Learned State Counsel, on the basis of written instructions received from the concerned authority, submits that the history sheet of the petitioner has already been closed vide Order No. HS-01/2023 dated 15.12.2023 and, therefore, no further proceedings in that regard are presently subsisting against the petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State Counsel, which is taken on record, no further adjudication survives in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
