1. Learned State Counsel informs the Court that the impugned transfer order dated 25.08.2025 was withdrawn by order dated 07.07.2026, and thereafter fresh order of transfer of the petitioner was passed on 13.04.2026. He further states that even the said order dated 13.04.2026 has been withdrawn by the Department on 07.07.2026. Both the orders have been placed before us.
2. In view of the said orders, the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
