2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. Mr. Ajeet Kumara Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
4. Today Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned A.G.A. has placed on record a report of Thana Kotwali, Haridwar, whereby, it has been intimated that the applicant Munsilal has died on 19.11.2024 and copy of the death certificate is also annexed along with the said report.
5. The said report along with the copy of the death certificate is placed on record.
6. Since the applicant Munsilal has expired, the proceedings of the present Criminal Misc. Application are abated. (Siddhartha Sah, J.)
