C482 No.799 of 2024

Hon’ble Siddhartha Sah, J.

Ms. Reema Rana, Advocate for the applicant. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General for the State. None for the respondent nos.2 and 3. The Withdrawal Application has been filed on the premise that the applicant and the private respondents have decided not to pursue the proposed settlement/compromise between them. The criminal proceedings are already pending before the learned trial court concerned and in view of the changed circumstances, the applicant no longer wishes to prosecute the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous application and thus it has been permitted to withdraw instant criminal miscellaneous application. In such view of the matter, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
