Ld. Counsel Shri Mukesh Tiwari appeared on behalf of applicant bank and stated that he has already filed original postal receipts & tracking reports along with vakalatnama. As per office reports, notice to defendant no. 1 & 3 had been return undelivered with postal remark “left” however, no notice had been returned for other defendants.
