WPSB No.68 of 2014 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Hon’ble Siddhartha Sah, J. Mr. V.B.S. Negi, Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Azmeen Wason, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ankush Negi, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Ganga Singh Negi, Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that since WPSB No.292 of 2021 has already been decided. In view of the decision passed by this Court today in WPSB No.292 of 2021, nothing survives in this petition. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
