AO No.220 of 2024 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Ms. Shruti Joshi, Advocate for the appellant. Mr. Pulak Agarwal, Advocate for respondent no.1. Mr. Anil K. Bisht, Advocate for respondent no.2. Instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and award dated 01.04.2024, passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.03 of 2023, Dhan Singh alias Dhan Singh Selakoti Vs. Krishan Lal alias Krishna Lal and another, by the court of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/ Sessions Judge, District Pithoragarh. Now Withdrawal Application (IA) No.2 of 2026 has been filed on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise and settled their dispute. The proceedings in the Tribunal could not be taken during pendency of the appeal. The withdrawal application is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
